Senia Gramajo, President
Senia has over 20 years of experience as a marketing professional and consultant in the insurance and financial services industries. Her expertise has helped hundreds of organizations, from carriers to agencies of all sizes, connect with their audiences and grow their distribution. Senia's background in programming and design, combined with her passion for effective marketing, has been instrumental in driving XpandPro’s innovative approach. She has also served as the President of ICMG and has been a board member since 2014.
Stu Gramajo, CEO
Stu brought his extensive experience in database programming, engineering, and sales to co-found XpandPro in 2009. As the Director of Market Research, Stu has conducted and published numerous quantitative and qualitative studies in the industry. He has also developed predictive models to identify top producers in various markets. Stu’s unique combination of technical and sales skills has been critical in shaping XpandPro’s data-driven strategies and solutions.
